PRICING/NEW ITEMS

  • Roehl completes forms for new items including new item set up, pricing forms and any market data forms
  • Roehl does competitive price checks for new items

SAMPLES OF NEW ITEMS & REFORMULATIONS

  • Samples – track through requests to our suppliers to results from our customers and any follow-up changes
  • Track and follow up on any samples sent to a third party lab
  • We precut samples and give feedback to suppliers saving time in the product development time line and
    saving our customers time
  • We buy and ship samples to our suppliers as needed

DEDUCTIONS

  • Roehl researches deductions
  • Roehl negotiates repays and any follow up

PACKAGING & LABEL REDESIGNS

  • Roehl follows/tracks/manages new label process with customer & designer to ensure timely completion
  • We have label experts on staff to facilitate any issues
  • We add additional value to our relationship with some of our suppliers as a sourcing agent for paper
    labels, poly bags and overwraps

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

  • Roehl keeps track of all customer complaints
  • We make sure all responses are completed in the time requested
